Internet Resources for Instruction - Also available
The Internet is a huge library of information available for you to use to research topics and develop curriculum. For many who don't use the Internet it may be intimidating or too complicated to become comfortable with this valuable instructional tool. These courses have two objectives: FIRST, to help learn about various Internet research tools and how to become proficient at using, and adapting, them for your students' learning environment. SECOND, to explore a sampling of Internet Web sites related to the topic of the course and to find more on any topic. Your course project then utilizes these resources as part of a lesson plan/project you can use regardless of your role as teacher, counselor, or administrator. All courses in this series are three semester hours and available as "On-Line" or "E-Courses." All materials needed for the course are provided and your instructor is available daily by email or phone. Access to a computer and the Internet is necessay.
